Eligibility: Open to all members of AUST Robotics Club

(Applying is Closed for this semeter will be open from the next semester Fall2025)

1. Administration Team

• Handle overall club management and coordination.

• Manage member recruitment, meetings, records, and finances.

• Ensure the club follows university rules.

2. Event Management Team

• Plan and organize events, workshops, and competitions.

• Arrange venues, resources, and decorations.

• Collaborate with other teams and prepare post-event reports.

3. Public Relations (PR) Team

• Promote the club on campus and beyond.

• Build partnerships with sponsors and other organizations.

• Manage media communication and represent the club at events.

4. Research & Development (R&D) Team

• Work on robotics projects and new ideas.

• Teach members robotics skills and document projects.

• Provide technical support for events.

5. Website Team

• Maintain and update the club’s website.

• Share the club’s achievements and manage online event registrations.

• Keep the website user-friendly and up-to-date.

6. Graphic Design Team

• Design posters, banners, and visuals for events.

• Create graphics for social media and the website.

• Work with PR and Event Management teams on designs.

7. Content Writing Team

• Write content for social media, the website, and newsletters.

• Prepare event descriptions, reports, and press releases.

• Work with the Graphic Design team for consistent messaging.

8. Video Editing & Content Creation Team

• Create and edit videos, reels for events, workshops, and promotions.

• Develop engaging content for social media and the website.

• Collaborate with other teams to highlight club activities and achievements.
